As a fertility doula, I offer professional, non-clinical, heart-centered support for individuals and families navigating conception in all its forms. My role isn’t to diagnose or treat, but to listen deeply, walk beside you, and provide tools, education, and emotional grounding. I hold space for your experience—with care, nuance, and respect.

My approach is much like tending soil before planting: nurturing the whole ecosystem of your life—body, mind, heart, and spirit—so what’s trying to grow has the best possible conditions to take root. Together, we explore the full landscape of your experience, tending to what needs nourishment, support, or rest.
