Birth Doula Services

Standard Birth Package: $2000

  • Our initial consultation can take place over the phone, on zoom or in person! We will discuss what kind of doula support you are looking for and I will share more about my experience and approach.

    • Creating a comprehensive birth plan

    • Discussing hospital interventions and options

    • Educational material to prepare for labor such as exercises and coaching

    • Practicing comfort tequniques

    • Full access to my prenatal and postpartum resource library

  • Once hired I am available for your needs 24/7, providing comprehensive informative care, helping ease your anxiety, educating you on your options and coaching you through your pregnancy and early labor.

  • Starting at 38 weeks until the birth of your baby(s) I will be available for immediate phone support 24/7 and can be on my way to you within 75 mins.

  • In the case that I cannot make your birth for whatever reason, I will always have 2-3 trusted back ups to ensure you are not left without a doula during your labor

  • I charge $75/hour for additional labor/delivery time past 12 hours, if my schedule permits. If I need to attend to other obligations I will call my backup who will provide support at the same hourly rate.

  • I can be available to you in-person throughout your whole labor, meeting you at your home for early labor and staying with you until the birth of your baby.

    • I will make my schedule available to attend any prenatal appointments that you would like me to attend. This can include, meetings with your primary provider, childbirth classes, consultations with other care specialists, and more.

    • Support with herbal sitz bath

  • I charge $75/hour for additional labor/delivery time past 10 hours (if my schedule permits)
